In a medium bowl, combine 2 ripe mashed bananas, 1 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup raisins, 3 Tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well with your fingers or a fork. Roll the mixture into 10-12 small balls and flatten them into cookie shapes, then place on a plate or baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
